Berlin Mauerweg

Laterjet procedure
Almost three years on, and my shoulder feels great. My left arm will never have a full range of movement (I can’t point directly upwards with it), but it is at least stable and I don’t constantly fear it falling out of the socket any longer 🙂
Here is a video of someone else receiving the treatment.

Thanks to Milan for pointing out this terrifically informative video. I learned a lot about bounce dynamics from it.

Kristall weiss
I’m currently sitting in a teeny tiny pub in Bonn (Germany), drinking something called a Kristall weiss, which according to the bar tender is apparently like a regular weissbier, but it’s filtered so it doesn’t have the cloudy weissbier thing going on. Imma starting to feel a little drunk 😉
Arghhh! Frost!
