Copy cat

People keep learning how to write code. But that’s just silly. Just copy some of my stuff, remove the license and copyright notice and upload it somewhere and pretend it’s yours. Simple really …

Here is the source code, which you can compare to my Disable Emoji’s plugin code. They’re basically the same 😛

<?php
/*
Plugin Name: Remove Emojis
Plugin URI: http://wpvkp.com/
Description: Helps to unregister enojis from wordpress. It also unrigister the emojis from the wordpress post editor.
Version: 1.1
Author: designvkp
Author URI: http://wpvkp.com/
License: GPL2

*/

function disable_emojis_tinymce( $plugins ) {
	if ( is_array( $plugins ) ) {
		return array_diff( $plugins, array( 'wpemoji' ) );
	} else {
		return array();
	}
}

function disable_emojis() {
	remove_action( 'wp_head', 'print_emoji_detection_script', 7 );
	remove_action( 'admin_print_scripts', 'print_emoji_detection_script' );
	remove_action( 'wp_print_styles', 'print_emoji_styles' );
	remove_action( 'admin_print_styles', 'print_emoji_styles' );
	remove_filter( 'the_content_feed', 'wp_staticize_emoji' );
	remove_filter( 'comment_text_rss', 'wp_staticize_emoji' );
	remove_filter( 'wp_mail', 'wp_staticize_emoji_for_email' );
	add_filter( 'tiny_mce_plugins', 'disable_emojis_tinymce' );
}
add_action( 'init', 'disable_emojis' );

The “author” was wpvkp.

Random question of the day

How would I go about setting up an intranet, which I could broadcast via WiFi from my laptop? I’d like to sit on planes, trains etc. and broadcast a free WiFi signal which oaded nothing more than a website on my local server. That way I could run a little chat app and chit-chat with all the other people on the plane/train. Plus, I could cache some interesting web pages, news etc. for them too.

Has anyone out there done this before, or have any tips?
